Estimator/Project Manager for Modular Construction Co.

We are currently looking for an Estimator/Project Manager to handle medium to large sized projects. The following responsibilities are included in this job:
  • Work closely with Sales Reps to review Needs Assessments and provide site cost estimates
  • Visit customer sites to survey site conditions and equipment requirements
  • Oversee projects, coordinate the hiring of subs and work closely with Site Superintendents
  • Work closely with Project Administrator and Site Superintendent to make sure all provisions of contract, codes and regulations are adhered to throughout the project
  • Work closely with Safety Director to organize and execute safety compliance programs within the guidelines of the company's policies or owner's requirements
  • Provide technical and estimate support to the sales team
  • Manage QC by visiting factory, if required
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
  • Minimum 5 years successful experience in construction management related activities
  • Proven abilities with project management, estimating and cost tracking
  • Experience in modular construction necessary
  • Excellent communication skills - both in writing and verbal
  • Good time management skills - will be working with (4) sales reps
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Work & Cost Tracking programs
