We are currently looking for an Estimator/Project Manager to handle medium to large sized projects. The following responsibilities are included in this job:
- Work closely with Sales Reps to review Needs Assessments and provide site cost estimates
- Visit customer sites to survey site conditions and equipment requirements
- Oversee projects, coordinate the hiring of subs and work closely with Site Superintendents
- Work closely with Project Administrator and Site Superintendent to make sure all provisions of contract, codes and regulations are adhered to throughout the project
- Work closely with Safety Director to organize and execute safety compliance programs within the guidelines of the company's policies or owner's requirements
- Provide technical and estimate support to the sales team
- Manage QC by visiting factory, if required
- Minimum 5 years successful experience in construction management related activities
- Proven abilities with project management, estimating and cost tracking
- Experience in modular construction necessary
- Excellent communication skills - both in writing and verbal
- Good time management skills - will be working with (4) sales reps
- Working knowledge of Excel, Work & Cost Tracking programs
